I like Zumba and Turbo Kick. I go alone but it's still way fun and the time goes by really fast!

60 calorie puddings, 100 calorie popcorn snack, and I just discovered the Skinny Cow chocolate clusters... there are only like 5 in the package but they are really yummy

Welcome to MFP! I love this site. And it totally works for me. My only advice is to keep up with it. Don't get discouraged if you have a bad food day! If you go over on calories, just start again the next day. Good luck!

The Bill Phillips "Shrimp Scampi" is made with penne whole wheat pasta. It's yummy! http://www.bodyforlifecoach.com/AspNetForums/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=703

i have the blue cover one... 20 minute workouts. I didn't loose 20 lbs in 30 days but it's a really good workout and it's fast! She is nicer on the DVD than she normally is on TV! :) I would recommend it!

I do this too. I eat breakfast around 6:00 AM and then I have to eat a snack around 10:00 AM. I pick something small like yogurt and granola or an english muffin with fake butter. Then after a 12:00 PM lunch I have a little snack at 3:00 PM. String cheese or an apple and a few pieces of cheddar cheese.

My husband likes really flavorful foods too so I totally understand. We eat a lot of food out of the Bill Phillips Body For Life cookbook. Most are pretty low cal, lots of protein and they are yummy. Our favorite dinners are the French Dip, Mama's Chicken Enchillada's and the Chili receipe! So good!

Maybe eat a plum and then keep the pit in your mouth and "chew" on that...but again, don't forget that's in your mouth and swallow it... that would probably not be good!

Punches are a great way to blast the heart rate up. Even if you don't have a punching bag, just punch the air. I learned this from Jullian Michaels - 30 day shred. She has you do them in a squat position so you are working legs and arms at the same time. Swiming might be good too if you have access to a pool.
