Get a heart rate monitor! My husband and I just bought the MIO brand, its great! I even use a pedometor that tracks my calories with each step.

i was in the exact position as you! (im sure we all were) i just drank LOTS of water and snacked on watermelon and my stomach shrunk. (if that is possible) basically i got used to what i needed to eat

me too! i did terrible tonight and added like 800 calories NOT needed. I cut everything in half too!

1200 doesn't seem like enough Im 5'3 and im 166, my goal weight is 135 right now

Thanks guys! Its the achy muscle im feeling. i was thinking of just walking tonight, or maybe just do the eliptical. Those lunges get you everytime ;)

I eat those jimmy dean delight break fast sandwiches... those are around 250... i have a banana, my coffee with cream and sugar is killing me
