oops! ok im 28 and i run about 2-3 times a week and then do chalean extreme (weight train) for 40 mins every other day.. does that help?

awesome! maybe ill reach for an apple. I had an icecream craving earlier.. but i ended up making tea.. and put 4 packets of sugar. 80 calories.. but better than 250 i think? hahah!

Thanks! I wish I could swim in the ocean, not near one though :) The pool will have to do. I used to be a competitive swimmer, but that was years ago! haha

today was my first day working out in the AM! I woke up at 4:30, rolled out of bed by 4:45. You just have to do it! Honestly, i felt GREAT after my workout and think about it, by 6am you are done for the day! (unless you get that extra boost at the end of the day) you can do it!

you guys, thanks so much!!! moderation! i went to pilates last night for the first time and it was great! im going to do the ellipitical for the next week to get back into the swing of things, and i like that, get a habit of it instead of burning myself out.

I just had a GREAT workout on the elliptical. I did 35 minutes. that includes the 5 minute cool down. I did an HIIT intervel. I kep tmy incline on 10 but i changed up my resistance. After 54 minutes, i busted out 405 calories. it was a great feeling! you can do it :)
