My appetite increased and I crave sweets (who doesn't) But I eat whatever I want. Within reason. If I want cookies I'm going to eat cookies. I found a good study - after I posted this actually. Around 300 calories. Which is around what I thought. Not that I am overly concerned with the calories burned. I work out because I enjoy it not the # of calories.

1lbs a week is realistic and safe. If you lose more GREAT. I change my mfp macro percentages for protein/carbs/fat. 40/30/30 don't ignore fat. You need good fat.

I use to do hot yoga all the time. It's intense but it's the heat more then the moves. Underestimate. 200 Cals for 60 minutes.

for weight loss I eat 1344 calories a day. I'm in maintence for Christmas week so I can have 1780 a day. I don't plan on eating all that every day but it's there if I need it this crazy yummy week. This doesn't include 5 high intensity work outs a week minimum. But I try not to eat back exercise calories anyways

I use Progressive - but you need to find one you like the taste of, and is in your price point. Just try not to get something with tons of fillers/additives.

Usually daily. This keeps me aware of my weight and progress. Yes it's nice to go by how clothes fit - but that doesn't help if I'm not aware I gained 2lbs last week and another 2 this week.
