i was a big drinker from beer to malt liquer any thing that gave a good buzz im 23 been drinking since 9 grade so it been tuff not drinking but when i get thinner it will be worth it

i use vanilla whey protien 2 scoops powder 8 oz. O.J. 4-5 ice cubes 1 tsp vanilla extract half a banana 2-3 frozen strawberries 2 packets sweetner another one is 2 scoops powder 1 banana half cup quaker oatmeal with water three fourths cup kellogs flakes not frosted one bottle of water and sweetner to taste
