1 Month and...

It's been one month since I started my exercise/workout regimen and I've lost nearly 10 lbs, 9.4 lbs to be exact. I'm well on my way to achieving my goal of weight loss and building muscle. I've never been able to stick to a regimen for this long. I have joined a gym because I think that's the only way for me to achieve me goal and stick to it since I have not weights at home (except for a pair of dumb bells lol).
