Nice tips! I assume you mean real sushi and not something like a California roll? They're kind of my weakness and I've been trying to figure out how in a week or two I could fit them and a bowl of miso soup in.

Congrats! I also had my brother's birthday dinner last night... on Day 1 of the fix. There may have been a small slice of German chocolate cake that I don't think would have been fix approved, so I feel your pain! But seriously WTG for not completely overdoing it!

I think it is very easy to become obsessive. I see food and my first thought is a guess at calories, which it is scary how good I am getting at that! Exactly!!! I feel so rude saying no, but if I'm at work 12 hours a day and then have to come home and exercise, I don't get enough sleep, GRRRR!

I have been here for 2 months and have said yes to everything they have ever offered me... it is killing me :/ And since it is a provided lunch, I have no choice in what I eat.

Thank you ladies so very much :) I had a great month and even with a few bumps still managed to lose a lot and more importantly I feel so much better about myself.
