Hi gorgeous Shredders!
Today's challenge is all about walking! It is recommended we walk 10,000 steps per day to maintain a healthy weight, so let's get our feet moving! If you have a pedometer, put it on and see how many steps you do in the next 24 hours. If you don't have one, don't worry! Just try to ensure you get those feet moving: park a little bit further from the shops, get off slightly earlier from the tube, bus, metro etc and walk the rest of the way.
Don't worry if you don't walk 10,000 steps, this challenge is more about raising awareness to get us moving, wearing a pedometer can make us more conscious of our movements and encourage us to do more.
Best of luck everyone and hope you get some good steps in!

I can't seem to get my pedometer to ready right. It give me way to many steps each day. I will make sure I am moving today even if I don't wear it.0

No pedometer, but I accidentally walked more than I thought I would.... got off at the wrong bus stop! Great challenge!0

No pedometer but great challenge. Forcing my water will ensure that I make more trips to the ladies' room...that counts!0

so, I just read that 10,000 steps is about 5 miles or so.... knowing this really helps me as I can now track it a little bit better. So far I have walked 1 mile outside and I'm not sure about the number of steps at the office but I plan to hop on the treadmill tonight Thanks for the awesome challenge0

Keep up the hard work everyone! I've manage an hours walk today (about 3 miles) and I'm hoping to do another mile this evening (very active dogs help here!) then might get some Zumba in, just to make sure my feet are on the move :-)
Well done to everyone and keep it all up :-)0 -
I don't drive and always walk a lot so I think I'm okay on this one - did loads of walking in London today!0

Good challenge. I worked for 6 hours today (sitting on my butt at the computer) interspersed with reading text books about suturing and watching Hulu when I got tired of everything else. But I did do 30ds so I guess that is good...
Oh & I finally did your last challenge last night. I took a very long bath.0 -
My pedometer said I walked 5020 steps yesterday - which I find amazing since here in South Florida I have to drive everywhere I go....0
