well if starvation mode is true, i must be living it! some days i eat 3000 calories and others i eat 800!

well done, i have gone from a uk size 20/22 to a uk size 8 (oh and tesco kids clothes age 12-13) because 13-14 are too loose!!

any advice on how to stop or prevent a stitch? it hurts like hell and i can't run through it

they say eat most ofmyor calories at breakfast and least at super. and you could have 2 snacks instead of 1

my goal weight is 133 (currently 126) my stats are 5ft 7", 36-28-34 (big chest, ok waist and tiny hips) when i was 248lb my hips where only 41" but my stomach was 46" and so was my chest! upside down traffic cone apparently.

i am 5ft 7" so hope my imput helps. i was a size 14 @ 12 stone 8lb, a size 12 @ 12 stone 1lb, a size 10 at 10 stone 10lb, and a size 8 at 9 stone 12lb. i have found for every inch i loose on my waist (it takes 5lb)

zigzag is where you work out your weekly amount then have high and low days. what does mfp reccomend for maintenance? i reckon you should lose 1lb a week. say your allowence is 1500. 1500 X 7 = 10,500. you then zig zag. so 1800, then 1200 and so on until you have eaten your calories

hi, i zigzag calories. i walk twice a day for around 40mins and i go to the gym 2-3 times a week. i can do a 2hr workout and feel fantastic. i was 125!b 2weeks ago but i am week 5 mainteance. it took me a year to lose the weight! and i am a uk size 8 (was a uk size 22)

i have the opposite effect, i am feeing my 18 month old and the weight keeps falling off me! maybe it's because i never sit down for more than 5mins a time

i am game, so here goes. weight as of last weigh in 125.8lb, 5ft 7.2" and body fat of 16.9 percent. my body fat percentage was 33.8 percent when i started!! what is everyones muscle mass?? mine is 43.2 percent

belly fat ?? i went to my doctor and asked why is my stomach still fat?? i was told i ain't fat, i am healthy but yeah i could do with a grade 1 mini tuck!! so i don't have fat, i have SKIN yuck

my legs are included with a full body shot, taken tuesday (3 days ago) and i have to say i LOVE my legs, they are my best asset. just don't ask me to get my belly out because that is the most HATED part of my body!!

since july 2008 i have lost 122lb/248lb start. total percentage lost 48.4 since june 4th 2010 i have lost 88lb/216lb start. total precentage lost 40.74 i have lost 40.74 percent of my body weight in less than a year woohoo
