Thank you MegaMoose, it hasn't been an easy year. I was on a 20 a day habit for 15 years, I refuse to gain any more weight and now feel ready to crack both. I am on 3mg at the moment (started on 12mg) hoping to drop it to 2mg by tj3 end of the month and hopefully be vape free by Christmas

I use between 50ml and 100ml of it a day, I'm logging everything I eat now as of last Friday so hoping I see a loss this week. I can give up food but not my vape

all my fruits listed above where fresh except for the tropical juice and then i only used 5oz. I squeezed about 1oz of fresh lemon into 20oz of water. The plum, kiwi, apple was blended into a smoothie with the tropical juice.

Ok as my calories are set as 1410 for a 1lb loss, i had tropical juice with plum, apple and kiwi fruit and by then i was at my daily max for sugar. i then had lemon squeezed into water, other fruit was mango and 2 carrots blended (i also had a sandwich and a hot meal) calories have come in at 1333 so under my set amount…

i just take each day as it comes, i have been maintaining since may this year. with a gain of 0.2lb, a loss of 0.2lb etc which is completely normal but this week i have started losing again (1.6lb??!) but i don't track, maybe i need to now though. i am eating 2000+ a day yet i can't keep the weight on. (124.6lb @5ft 7.2")

i lost all my weight by a cheat day, i call it zig zagging calories. i used to have a cheat friday but now i am maintaining i have a cheat mon, cheat wed and cheat sat. and guess what? if i am careful the other 4 days, my weight stays the same = maintenance!

i am 5 ft 7.2" (yes that .2 does matter) my goal is and was 133lb or 9stone 7lb. i am cyrrently around the 126lb mark and happily maintaining between 125-127lb pretty naturally without really trying

don't get me started, i am 5ft 7" and weigh 9 stone 0lb. and i vary from a size 8 to a size 14!!! i will never shop in hKm again. i refuse to wear a size 14!

if you are set at 1200 calories a day mfp will not adjust because it isn't safe to go any lower but if you are on say 1300 calories a day yes it will adjust. it will drop until you reach 1200

i am replying, not because i weigh more than 200lb but because i USED to weigh more than 200lb. i hope your journey with weight loss goes smoothly, i actually enjoyed losing weight. and i am hating maintaining! i am a slight control freak and admit i may have slight OCD which is why i enjoyed losing weight so much.

really a good time? was running between 7.6km and 9.2km. had a stitch once again but didn't allow it to get me. could have done it quicker otherwise, wasn't out of breath etc. and only sweated at the very end, where as befori would be dying half way through

well done, i have gone from a uk size 20/22 to a uk size 8 (oh and tesco kids clothes age 12-13) because 13-14 are too loose!!
