  • i am maintaining, well sort of. i reached my goal weight on friday! i am now eating maintainence calories (average of 1680 a day) and i have seen a 2.4lb gain, but tonight i have seen slightly lower than this am so i am hoping come weigh in this fri i stay the same. wish you all the best

  • my, what i would do to have your numbers! maintenance for me is around the 1600 mark, but yes your zigzag seems ok. i zigzag but don't eat my exercise calories.

  • oh, please don't ban coffee. very much needed at 7am with 3hrs sleep!! can't function without it, i have tried but after 3 days i can barely sleep. coffee withdrawal causes horrendous headaches! watch you ban coffee lol, as long as i can have 2-3 cups a day i am in! i currently drink between 6-10 cups a day eeek

  • it might be because i have only ever tried dresses on in h+m. ones which totally zip up at the back. maybe my friend didn't try hard enough zipping me up. i find my (o)(o)'s are still quite big dispite my size. i measure a 34C in m+s yet the shop assistant let me buy a 34D because i couldn't house a C cup.

  • i think it is because i am top heavy. like an upside down traffic cone! my hips are non existant. my hips where 41" when my waist was 46". now my hips are 34" and waist 28".

  • may i be one of the first to say welcome, it will take you a while to get used to things. at my peak i was 248 but managed to get down to 216lb before i started "dieting" i am currently 122lb. the first few days are the hardest. laura

  • this is what i have been doing since june 4th 2010. i used to have a friday off (2000 cals+) have around 1000, sat and sun. monday around 1400, tue, wed, 1200 and 1000 thur. the high day is used for treats etc (most call it a cheat day) and i lose anywhere from 0.2lb a week and sometimes 3.2lb a week. i don't add in…
