I have read all the thread on this and am wondering if I have I got this right??
My maintenance level is 2320, 1lb loss 1820, 1.5lb loss 1570 and 2lb loss 1320.
I have got a lot to lose so have set this up based on 1.5lb a week so 10990 calories (1570 * 7). I have “guestimated” the exercise calories but will amend these based on reality?
Allowance Exercise Daily Total Allowance
Wed 2320 0 2320
Thurs 1210 400 1610
Fri 1320 0 1320
Sat 2320 250 2570
Sun 1320 0 1320
Mon 1250 250 1500
Tues 1250 250 1500

I would be "eating" what is in the right hand column??

my, what i would do to have your numbers! maintenance for me is around the 1600 mark, but yes your zigzag seems ok. i zigzag but don't eat my exercise calories.0

wow, i considered myself a zigzagger but this looks so complicated...i just do mine from memory from one day to the next with the help of being able to look back thru the previous days on the diary. now i am hoping i am doing it all right:/0 -
Thanks for the feedback. I have set up a spreadsheet to track it all (cauase I am that type of person)..
I know I am "lucky" with my calorie allowance (however it does mean I have LOTS of weight to get rid of).0
