No amount of eating better has ever helped my face. However, low dose dr. prescribed antibiotics did the trick for me for a while. I stopped them due to the negative side effect of getting sun burnt way too easy. Not okay in cali.

As far as peeing a lot goes. Once you get through the initial getting your body used to a higher water intake you won't pee as often. And on the other side of the spectrum when you start eating healthy and adding FIBER into your diet you poop a lot. :P

Its not good to sleep after devouring a giant meal but a small healthy snack right before bed is fine. Also the idea is more stop eating an couple hours before bed. For me that makes the time I stop eating around 10. If I stopped eating at 7 I would be starving by the time I layed down for bed.

You stated your mom sometimes indulges you. Make sure she knows your new size as it changes so you don't end up with more stuff that is too big.

For everyone who doesn't eat the amount of calories they should. Does the idea of netting less than 1000 calories bother you? Or the fact that when you complete your diary its screaming at you that you are not eating enough?

Sounds like you are burning more around 1000 calories a day maybe less. I still say get a heart rate monitor to know for sure. :)

That is over 2 hours of exercise. You should be hungry enough to eat more than 1300 calories for sure! But these calorie counters over estimate burned calories. Get a heart rate monitor and figure out how much your body is actually burning. Then you will have a more accurate evaluation of what fuel your body needs.

I do half and half on the rice and even then i prefer more white than brown. Their brown rice just doesn't taste all that good to me.

Mochi! little ball of strawberry goodness for only 100 calories. I just enjoyed mine. I also keep skinny cow on hand. Its easier to allow 1 a day or every few days than eat an entire thing of cookie dough in a night like I do if I try to restrict myself.
