I have recently discovered Naked drinks. I'm a real fan of Blue Machine. Have you worked out today?
Neither have I. That is why I'm getting off to go play Zumba for the kinect. I challenge anyone who has not done a work out today to get up and spend at least 10 minutes burning some calories. And if you have worked out today another 10 minutes or even just a few reps with your weights won't hurt! Let me know how it goes!

My scale seems to have broke
This scale is probably 7 years old and though I'm not obsessed with the number I want to have a fairly accurate idea of where my weight is. Does anyone have a good suggestion for an accurate scale that isn't too expensive?

First day of 30ds
Kicked my butt. 20 minutes and I'm sore everywhere. It was a real eye opener on how out of shape I am.

Just a funny, small NSV
I got home and opened my fridge out of habit to grab a soda. After opening it I found myself not drinking it for 5 minutes and when I did take a drink I basically sprinted back to the fridge to fill my bottle of water. My body is finally learning! Now I just have to get my mind out of the habits it has formed.
