September Shape up

I want to do a fitness program that has most of these things
1. Under 1 hour per day
2. 4-5 days a week
3. safe for upstairs (some jumping is okay but it can't be an hour of it)
4. able to start at my own fitness level and work my way up
5. something that is fun to continues after a month (variety is a must for me)
6. Under $30
7. Minimal extra items needed (I have a yoga mat, medicine ball, 5 and 10 lb weights already)
8. A meal plan (I can make my own food but something that gives ideas would be awesome)
any ideas?

Jillian Michael's DVD's. I have tried the 30 Day Shred and that is awesome and has three different levels so you can change it up. Each workout is about 27 mins total, but it's a GREAT workout. All you need are weights and a mat if you have hard floors. I have heard the others she has are good also and many are also about a half hour. She does have one program that includes an eating plan, but I don't remember which one off the top of my head. Check it out.
Oh and the shred was like $10!0 -
