My scale seems to have broke

This scale is probably 7 years old and though I'm not obsessed with the number I want to have a fairly accurate idea of where my weight is.

Does anyone have a good suggestion for an accurate scale that isn't too expensive?

Do you have one that you can re-calibrate? Sometimes my scale gets a little wonky, so I re-calibrate it. I put one of my 5-pound weights on it, and calibrate until it reads 5 pounds...then I know it's right again. Maybe you can try that first?

I'm not sure about that. I shall check.

mine was 10 bucks at Ross
  • I just bought a new one for $12. It's analog but it works great and is very accurate.

if you can find one that comes with a tape measure and calipers, go for it. My scale is a lying little....

mine just broke last week. got the biggest loser one at Target for $19 .I don't like the bf% scales, never used that option on my old one so I went simple. Happy weighing!

My scale doesn't seem to have a calibration on it and it does have body fat reading but I don't trust it. I would rather go to the doctor and have them do it all accurately. I think I will be heading to wallmart or target when I get paid and get myself something simple. Until then I will go another week without knowing how much I weigh. Since I just started strength training it will probably be good for me to not weight myself. :)
