  • For real, or is that something experienced ketoers tell newbies to calm them down? Haha. Hey thanks for the great feedback everyone, and talking me off the edge. Staying the course. Measured the ketones last night and they're at 1.9 so something is working, i just need be patient like you all suggested.

  • Right, I don't think they were saying it didn't work. (I shouldn't have been so lazy in my opening post). It was more that protein made you feel fuller and you ate less. Thats why Atkins works.
