Its glitchy on my computer too, but love it on the ipad. I have to figure out a way to stream it on the tv. Yes, it has full length workouts & full programs (mostly older programs), and then samples of the newest programs.

I have a heart rate monitor (which my kids hide often), but I typically estimate 100 cals burned for 10 minutes of exercise for all my Beachbody programs (except 21 Day Fix).

I'm starting week 2 month 2. I think month 1 was really hard. Love month 2 so far. Overall love it!

Day 22 you repeat or if you are at your goal you recalculate and move up a level.

Day 22? You up your intake using the formula, just like you do on myfitnesspal when you reach your goal. Yep, I'm a coach...for about 3 months...but have been on Myfitnesspal for 2 years prior. I jumped on the thread cause I'm excited about and enjoy the products. I logged food for 2 years while doing BB workouts and was…

Since you have done and enjoy other Beachbody programs, I would suggest ordering 21 Day Fix Extreme. It will be released on Monday and the workouts will be more up to par with what you are used to with TurboFire/etc. I did Insanity, T25, Turbofire, and then the regular 21 Day Fix and I still felt it challenging. Am doing…

I did a few rounds of 21 Day Fix. I love the program. Tips? Follow it exactly as it is laid out for your first 21 Days. You'll see the best results. And it's just 21 Days! You'll develop new habits and learn to workout 7 days a week. So really devote yourself. If you continue on with another round of Fix and want to add…

yep, I'm with the others. Don't let the 21 Days scare you off. If you reach your goal, there is a maintenance program in the back of the book where you simply increase your eating accordingly to maintain. Love 21 Day Fix. Am finishing Insanity Max 30, then will be jumping straight in to 21 Day Fix Extreme.

Yes, I just finished week 1 of Month 2 as well. I actually like Month 2 better (except for Max strength which he fooled me!). Month 1 was completely so much upper body, I'm grateful I made it through. Month 2 I think I'm seeing alot more leg work and the upper body isn't as daunting as Month 1 (again, except for Thursday).…

It's a great program. I lost 10lbs and several inches when I started. Repeating it not as much, but its great for both diet and the exercise. It can be challenging whether you are a beginner or not!

I can tell a big difference! Way to go!!!! I loved Month 2 on the first Insanity. I started losing about 2lbs/week after that rest week. But prior to that didn't lose anything.

I make the shakeology no bake cookie as my evening snack, satisfies my sweet tooth that I fight at that time, but I don't make the entire batch. I usually just take a 1/4 scoop, 1tsp pb, a dash of coconut oil or honey, and a handful of oats. Then during the day I use 3/4 scoop as my shake. Shakewise I just like the…

Yeah, cutting processed foods doesn't have to mean cutting meats. Anything you prepare at home can be healthier than procesed and fast foods. My favorites are super easy... I love whole grain tortillas (look for one around 100 calories, high in fiber & protein), and in it I put ground beef with cheese, ground turkey, or…

Got out the spring clothes and the bin labeled "too small - summer". Tried on a pair of pants I haven't worn since my husband and I dated...they buttoned (prob an inch more off waist & I will gladly wear them! That's a time when my husband called me "hot" everyday! My butt and thighs have improved sooo much! I even think I…

Yeah, it's a high energy kickboxing, and then it adds in a HIIT workout each week, and a yoga workout. I do like it, but I find myself longing for pain...maybe in the later weeks though....lol. I'll send you a personal message with the link of who I follow on youtube and check it out on one of your rest days. I'm not sure…

I finished my first round of Insanity at the beginning of February and attempted a second round, made it through the first month and my body just quit after a week of month 2. Completely just burned out. I loved loved loved Insanity though. I checked out turbofire on youtube, and decided to purchase it. So now I'm going to…

Great job!!!!!! You look great!! I'm on round 2 of insanity...no idea what I'll do next!!

I haven't tried p90x, but am on my second round second month of Insanity. I started Insanity at 2 months postpartum with a nice big midsection. That first month was super hard to get through, yeah, I remember the jiggles and getting frustrated because the belly was in the way if my floor runs and ski abs, and everything.…

I'm becoming an Insanity junkie, and I agree with cutting the white breads and white potatos. I eat tons of whole wheat wraps, noodles, bread, brown rice and sweet potatoes. I also see that you eat 3 times a day....ever consider upping it to 5 times? It's worked miracles for me, I never get hungry enough to eat sides…

Awesome! Thanks for all the input. I've been trying to research them as well!

It's me. I get myself on track..I love exercising and eating well...then a major life change happens & I have nothing but excuses for why I start eating wrong, stop exercising, and gain 20+lbs! College, move home, new job, marriage..all times I've stopped a healthy regimine & gained weight.

Bumping! Great thread!! 2 c sections (one 3 yrs ago & one 6 months ago). Never lost the belly flap after the first even when back to prepregnancy weight (which was still about 30lbs overweight)...it did shrink alot though. This time I started Insanity as soon as I was allowed to workout...now I'm 10lbs below prepregnancy,…

Finally got to try on my prepregnancy spring clothes, and everything fits well again (6 months post partum). And I tried on my between pregnancy swimsuit (its a spanx suit and my c section belly is still a mess), but my legs and arms look great in it! Best in years. A huge NSV victory for me will be to ditch the skirted…

Just had my second csection in October. They went through the same scar as my first as well. My first scar faded nicely, it looks pretty decent now too. I also ended up with an infection with my first (ER trip with daily home nurse visits following), but this csection went smoothly. One tip I have (had a 2.5 year old at…

Congratulations!!! You look great!!! I'm about 15lbs away from being a size 8 or 10 again. Hope I can do it too!!! Total inspiration for me!!!

I love the Eatsmart Scale from amazon as well. I can get on it over and over and get the same reading. Its a great one and was also accurate with the doctor's scale my entire pregnancy (i used to weigh myself before leaving so i wouldn't get shocked!)
-
Bumping too. Great thread! My first is lime cilantro chicken. I use lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, & cilantro as a marinade (30 minutes) on cut up chicken, then just cook in a pan till cooked through...refreshing for a wrap/taco. I'm also another one who cooks plain chicken then uses it in everything. I do 4-6 chicken…

I finished my first 63 days of Insanity in February and am currently in week 4 of round two. I'm sick & took a short 3 day break to recoup..and will be back up and going tomorrow. Like others said, its hard. And unfortunately, I've seen alot of people on here start and stop Insanity pretty quick. Don't overdo it. Go at…

Thanks! Yeah, after doing a search for protein bars, I read that most aren't very nutritious and if they are, they are expensive (I'm a cheapskate...why I'm totally uninformed about supplements). I went back through my diary & wrote down my high protein meals. Also, after some quick research, looks like my protein should…

I know, I can't seem to get above the mid90s in protein daily. I may have to check out some protein bars. I think my problem is I really like how I eat now and have found my groove in knocking off some pounds. But maybe I can add in a nut/protein bar snack in the midam (the one meal I usually end up not fitting in) after…
