I had a hard boiled egg white w/ a little jalapeno cilantro hummus I baked a ww tortilla to make it nice and crispy. Put some of that hummus on it and some baked honey lime chicken from yesterday. Ate it like nachos. YUM!!!

Try the laughing cow cheese w/ a tbs or 2 of salsa. With the special k crackers you like, wheat thins, or tortilla chips!

Thanks for all of the great ideas and suggestions. A few weeks ago I made a cauliflower crust pizza and my son loved it! He woke up the following morning asking me for more. I made it again a week later and he hated it! He does this to me all the time!

I made it to l2 day 2 yesterday and my knee feels like I pulled something so I'm taking today off. I'm so upset b/c I wanted to do 30 days straight but I don't want to hurt my knee to the point of no exercise at all. I hope after a day of rest I feel better. I love the sore muscle feeling too!! :)

I make one with fresh cranberries (2 bags) , 2-3 granny smith apples/ peeled & chopped ,2-3 oranges /peeled & chopped , sugar (to taste about 1/2-1cup)

I've done a few days of 30 DS. Level1. I tried level 2 once and it was HARD! Im on vacation right now but when I get back I plan to do the whole 30 days.

My goal is 145. I'm 5'4. Once I get there ill decide if I'm happy or want to keep losing. I want to be healthy but couldn't imagine myself too thin ( if that makes sense) hope this helps :flowerforyou:
