One Year--Before & Current Pics

I have been with MFP for just over a year and thought I would compare photo's from last summer and this summer.
I have lost 48 pounds...spent my summer just maintaining and plan to get back to losing those last few pounds in the fall & over the winter. I lost the weight by counting my calories here & for exercise I do taekwondo, walking, exercise videos (30 day shred/taebo/ Jackie Warner/Cardio Max) and for 6 months I had a personal trainer.

    Yes..I want to really work hard this fall and manage to lose the last bit that has been hanging around..have a feeling it isn't going to be easy!
