Not what you were expecting? I just wanted to say that not all women get excited about clothes, jewelry and shoes. Okay, scratch the shoes... shoes ROCK! But so does my new toy. She's a beauty, isn't she??? :)

    Lol fun fun! =)

    My new toy arrived on tuesday! My HRM!!! used it 4 times now since ive had it! I love using it! Gets me more motivated to get up off me bum and workout! Because i can actually see how many calories im burning, and how high my heart rate is going!! And alsoooo how much fat ive burned off! Its soooo cool i love it! Best thing ive brought in ages!

    Punching/kicking bag for Taekwondo. I'm hoping it will help me strengthen up my roundhouses since I'm training for my second degree black belt. :)

    Pivot, and use your hips and body weight for your kicks. And use your scary face!

    Oh Hell I want one!! Where in the world can I buy this thing? I can use it Instead of Banging my head against the wall out of frustration when trying to get my Teen daughter to clean her room.
