  • I've cycled to and from work today which has taken about an hour and a half total. Plus I did a 'bums and tums' class at lunchtime! Sleep time now :)
  • That's a good point actually, on my exercise days I do usually eat back most of my calories, but sometimes I am just not hungry enough to eat after exercise

  • I believe the best calorie burning exercise you can do is spinning classes - a 45 minute class can burn up 800 calories I tend to go jogging and can burn up to 580 calories on around 50 minutes But it all depends on how much effort you want to put in :wink:
