Starting Day 2 of mfp today. Yesterday went very well with the exception of not getting in one of my exercises I had planned. Can't figure out how to delete it off my diary. Lesson learned: don't enter until it's done! :) Looking forward to making new friends with health/fitness on their minds.

Welcome! I have been on MFP for around 2 months and I have gained a whole new healthy lifestyle full of good food and exercise. that isn't to say that I don't slip up or fall off the wagon occasionally but I'm trying to take this in my stride :)

Feel free to add me as a friend, I'll help and support you as much as I can!

    Welcome!
To remove and exercise (or food) click on the red circle at the end of the line it is on.
Don't sweat missing one exercise -- as long as you got up and moved around during the day and watched what you put in, it is a step in the right direction!
I have been back on MFP for about a month, and have been steadily losing 1.5 - 2 lbs a week...and I never feel deprived. I eat ice cream, pasta, beer when I want it, I had Five Guys Burgers the other day, I drink wine with dinner....as long as I watch how much of what I am eating and keep moving, I do great!
I would love to be your MFP friend:)
    Good job getting going!!!
