Just finished 40 minutes on the treadmill at a 9 incline.
Going to hit up jazzercise after work too


Are you movin it to lose it today??

    I've done over an hour of belly dance...am now distracted by finding clothing to wear in future...but will probably do some more later.

    Worked it!!

    Also did 40 minutes in the gym including an incline walk! Before that I did Level 1 of 30 Day Shred.

    i've only done the housework so far...but 100mins of it! gona either go for a swim or do some aerobics later...aiming for at least 800 burnt off :)

    I've cycled to and from work today which has taken about an hour and a half total. Plus I did a 'bums and tums' class at lunchtime!

    Sleep time now :)

    Wow...9 incline on the treadmill and bellydance. Whoo! Congratulations, ladies! Been working it myself today too. 99 minutes on the treadmill at a 5 incline and 10 sets of sit-ups. I don't know what possessed me to go that long! But, I'll tell you one thing:

    I now know what it means to "feel the burn" and I gotta admit...it feels kinda good!

    "Bums" and "tums"...never heard it called that. I'm guessing bums is butt and tums is tummy?

    Scheduled run tonight: 7 miles = 58 minutes

    If my shoes don't melt on the asphalt! So HOT :tongue: here!

    Did one hour of yoga this morning, planning to go back to gym for elliptical and then ride bikes with the kids... :)
