She didn't lose all of it in 30 days. It took her about 7 months to get to a size 6, but she only did the Jillian 30 day shred workouts. 20 minutes a day. She got really cut, especially in her arms. Her baby belly was gone! She looks amazing!!

Oh... and I am scared to go to level 3 cuz she said that is a killer. :O) We can all do it together!

Hi there, I am also doing Jillian's 30 day shred. I am on Level 2 and it's a killer. My twin sister just worked out doing that workout and watching her diet, sticking to about 1300 calories. She went from a size 12 to a size 6!!! She looks amazing. I am now following in her footsteps. It took her about 7 months but it was…

That is awesome. We have (my husband and I) the P90X but have not started it yet. It is easier for me right now to go the gym. I have 2 little ones. (3 1/2 and 2 year old) and can't get a work out in at home cuz they are so demanding. :O) I hope we can really motivate each other. Good luck!

Thank you soooo much. that makes since to me now. I was really trying to stick to 1200 even if I burned 450cals and wasn't seeinga anything on the scale. My body was just apparently holding onto it! Thank you:O)

So then, is it important to make sure we eat the added calories that we burn off during exercice? I am suppose to eat 1200 calories to reach my goal weight, but I feel like If I eat the calories burned, what is the deficite? Wont I just be maintaining? I am so confused... :O( Please help.

That is the size I am in right now and i cant seem to find one that is supportivie enough. I end up using 2 sportsbras on top of each other esepcially if iam gonna run on the treadmill. If you find one soon, please let me know. :o) Andrea

This is my day 2 and I have not binged. I am soooo proud of myself. This has been a struggle for me since I joined in June. But I am taking baby steps.

I have it too. I keep forgeting to take it though. When I was taking it regularly I felt great. I felt like I had more energy; I found myself cleaning the house more, just being more motivated. I really need to start taking it again. It's not bad tasting either.

I am soooo inspired by all of you. I look at your progress and am just amazed. I am just having the hardest time losing this weight. My problem is binge eating at night!
-
I have been told by several people that we need to eat those extra calories, but I've got to say that I have not lost a single pound in several weeks. Which in turn started me to binge eat at night.
-
I definitely need this! I am in! Last night I could not get my face out of the fridge. :grumble: I really hope this will help me!
-
With that many calories, you could have anything!!

Thanks so much for the advice. I am really hard on myself. My husband keeps telling me that "you just had a baby, and It is gonna take some time to get that weight off." He says I'm doing a really great job, and he is very supportive. I've just never been this heavy in my life, and I just want to fit into my old clothes…

But it just seems like I am not going to lose weight if I eat those extra calories. I mean once I stop the binge eating at night!!:ohwell:
-
Thanks. I think I really need to try something different. I find myself watching tv at night, and as soon as my husband falls asleep on the couch, I raid the fridge! Maybe if I read in bed, that might help.

I am trying to eat 1200 calories, but if I work out and burn say 500 calories, I will eat those. Should I be eating those extra calories? Usually breakfast is a whole wheat english muffin with pb, and I also drink decaf coffee with sugar free coffee creamer. A lot of my calories in the morning are from all of the coffee…

I need help!! I can't seem to stop the binge eating at night. I have been working out 5-6 days a week for the past 6 weeks, combining cardio with strength training, but I cannot seem to stop myself from eating at night. I start to crave chocolate or cookies or anything sweet. I have worked out soooo hard for so long and…

I am sooooooo sorry to hear that. It is just horrible. I will definitely keep her in my prayers. Andrea

It seems that this first one almost did me in. He was colicky, and acid reflux, was tongue tied, ended up giving himself an umbilical hernia, and also had hydroceal on his boy parts! It would be only by the grace of God that we have another on! He is 5months old now, and seems to be doing much better. He is sleeping…

I am hoping this site will help me. My biggest problem is the late night binge eating. I never used to do that. THat is where I am taking in thousands of calories right before bedtime. I need to get that under control!! Thanks for the email. Hope to talk to you again soon. Andrea

Wow! YOu are amazing. I am having the hardest time gettng motivated to do any sort of exercise. I just joined this class called Boot Camp thinking "that is exactly what I need to get into shap." Yeah, about 20 minutes into it, I had to go to the bathroom and throw up. I am so out of shape.:frown: It didnt scare me away, I…

I am so sorry for your loss. Your sister does not deserve anything. It most likely will have to go through probate, but since there was no legal papers for your sister, I don't know that she would get anything anyways. I hope everything works out for you.:flowerforyou:

I hear ya. I just got back from lunch with my mother-in-law and had no will power to step away from the italian bread and oil. I had about 4 or 5 pieces! I am so mad at myself right now! I don't know how to control myself!
-
Don't get discouraged! I had the same problem. It might be that you have to switch up your exercise routine. Your body is now used to the routine, so try and do something completely different, using your muscles in a different way. For instance, if you are running on a treadmill, try and do sprints outside like we used to…

I've never heard of it. I am gonna have to try it! I am excited!!

Well I have the same problem. This year I decided to join a co-ed softball league. Mind you, I haven't played in about 15 years. My whole body aches! But it is a lot of fun. Also, I start my "boot camp" next week. I will let you know how that one goes!
