I would also like to the know the answer to this. I have the Biggest Loser for the Wii and really like but we just bought the Kinect and don't know if I should buy it for that as well.

Yes, it makes you very accountable for what you are eating and it’s a lot easier than trying to write it all down. I kept saying I was going to start writing it all down and that never worked but this I can do it so simple! I even find myself checking what the calories are before I eat something to see if I really want it…
