  • i eat quest protein bars. they come in a bunch of different flavors, taste amazing and have an average of 17 grams of fiber, with 20 or 21 grams of protein. i eat 1200 calories a day - i eat 80-100 grams of protein and usually get about 40 grams of fiber a day. salad's are also a great way to get low calorie with fiber.

  • if you were to just type in "how many calories do you burn doing p90x?" in your google search bar, it will tell you that it's about 600 calories, but everyone's different because everyone does it at their own pace and intensity. it's great, i love it!:smile:
