I agree with above, cut them out and see what happens? I think some of those protein bars can be just as bad as eating an actual candy bar. They have a lot of sugars. I recently changed from Luna bars to Quest protein bars or Kind bars ... Quest is higher in protein but both are all natural ingredients and pretty "clean"…

Im going to be 40 in August and Im just now starting to lift heavy with ChaLEAN Extreme. I dont have much weight I want to lose, but I have a big goal of being fit by40! If your hungry you need to eat regardless if you go over. What are your calories set at? Maybe your daily goal is too low? Are you working out ? As this could make your appetite increase too.

I agree , go on to Ramp it up . As far as results , I saw major toning in my arms after 2 weeks! The bands really do work and they work fast!! And if you will sweat more in Ramp it up and then even more in Burn it up! along with the toning!!
