Im thinking of trying this out.. I downloaded the try it for a week ebook of 1500 cals. Im looking to lose body fat ( just had a baby in July) and tone up . Im not looking to bodybuild, but want to be fit.Im doing 30 day shred right now, not lifting heavy . They suggest the 1500 calorie plan, but that just seems high to me…
