  • Lol.... very soon...
  • Every time I see @HonuNui's videos, I picture her saying this... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CMNry4PE93Y
  • MapMyRun is another good, free running app that is quite accurate... but I use a Garmin Forerunner 10 now... it was cheap and easy to use... kinda like me.
  • @elise4270...I found this... "High-heeled shoes have been linked to the development of Morton's neuroma. Many people experience relief by switching to lower heeled shoes with wider toe boxes. Sometimes corticosteroid injections or surgery may be necessary." It appears that you will have to stop running in heels and do what…
  • Or.... you could just stick around and keep on running...

I found my own shoes and kept running. I keep it very simple. The only time I ever follow a program is if I am going to run 50k or longer. I do…
  • I love the fact that Sonic's painfully slow run would be me kicking *kitten*.... lol... my pace substantially increases my time on feet... so anytime I want to do a run of 26 miles or beyond, I have no choice but to prep for a minimum of five hours on my feet... and that is without taco stops... just once I wish I could…
  • I don't do full ROM squats any more because somehow I turned into a fraidy cat.

  • I learned during my run in Sunday's heat that if you turn down the wrong road, suddenly a short soft run gets long and hard...
  • There is only thing I do not like about this group... I feel like a lazy slug on my rest days while everyone else is running. It literally caused me anxiety this morning.... before I rolled over and went back to sleep.
