  • Congrats Fuzzybunny! I'm on Push and don't have 20lbs weights. I only have 10lbs but plan to get heavier weights ASAP. I can't wait and it's a sport watching those girls at the cashier counter because they always have a shocked look on their faces whenever I bought dumbbells lol.

  • The mirror is a great idea, I need to get me one. I have lower backpain but it's been going on for years. I do try to keep my posture right the flat back and it doesn't hurt but there are days like today where my lower back just hurts so much but I pushed myself to keep going.   • That's so awesome! I'm also thinking of doing the hybrid once I'm done. I have TF but I found the pivoting was the hardest part so I skipped and do CLX instead.

  • Congrats! I also just finished my first month and only 4 days into Push Phase :smile: Could it be the extra 3 pounds are muscles? I gained a kilo (that's 2lbs) but my body fat percentage went down and I also was doing a low carb for a whole month.
