I would not look up on the internet what I should do while being the primary means of care for another person. Please go see your Dr/dietician. There's many things that we may not know.. i.e. family medical history.

I don't have a weird relationship with food and have no reason to report to anyone or be held accountable about every morsel of that I put in my mouth. I'm healthy and seeing progress and loving life and that's exactly what I wanted out of keeping my food diary.

you're a healthy person with a healthy metabolism.. "over calorie" days just means your body was hungry for something.. you've satiated that hunger .. i would just go back to normal eating now

if its a granola bar chances are its pretty low cal.. if not having it is going to make me binge i just eat it i tend to keep really low cal snacks around so that when I want something i can just grab it and it wouldn't ruin my cals for the day. usually when its something like chocolate or candy, i figure if i'm craving it…

i hear ya! not being able to eat at least your maintenance calories is a sign of either a physical or mental disorder. you don't gain fat by eating less than maintenance without a dysfunctional metabolism.

I think you've answered your own post.. just think about your baby boy and all that is coming. Staying fit & active is a good endurance builder and sticking to a steady diet is a good way to lean up. Good luck to you!
