Dizzy from sit ups?

What are some good ab workouts other that sit ups or crunches. I have vertigo and the constant up down movement makes me dizzy, some times even sick. Also any good work outs for legs other than running of course. Going up and down with squats makes me dizzy too. I will do them slow sometime and that kinda helps but if there is away to avoid it that would be great. I don't have and can't afford a gym member ship right now.
So what is your advice?

Abs - planks and plank variations
legs - lunges maybe0 -
Also leg lift variationsare probably doable or some of the floor based yoga / pilates movement?0

Try adding swiss ball rollouts, and a swissball jackknife to your routine. No up and down movements to give you the dizzies Also, try leg raises on an incline? (or just on the floor if you don't have an incline surface available).
