Dizzy from sit ups?

What are some good ab workouts other that sit ups or crunches. I have vertigo and the constant up down movement makes me dizzy, some times even sick. Also any good work outs for legs other than running of course. Going up and down with squats makes me dizzy too. I will do them slow sometime and that kinda helps but if there is away to avoid it that would be great. I don't have and can't afford a gym member ship right now.

So what is your advice?

Thank you guys. I'll have to give these a try. I do yoga now but i didn't know if that was enough.
  • Try adding swiss ball rollouts, and a swissball jackknife to your routine. No up and down movements to give you the dizzies :) Also, try leg raises on an incline? (or just on the floor if you don't have an incline surface available).

For legs, do leg presses, leg extensions, and leg curls. Your body is stationary on all three. For abs, hanging leg lifts.
