Looking for support. I’m 225 and want to get to 185. Just had a baby and looking to get new friends on here to help motivate. I lost 100 lbs with my now 8 year old daughter with MFP but had lots of friends on here then. Now I have none. Add me!!

I am 2 months PP and would love to lose 40 lbs. I’m also breastfeeding and having a hard time with the deficit and keeping my milk up. It’s hard to get 2000 calories of healthy food in a day. That’s what I’m struggling with. Add me. I’d love extra support. I lost 100 lbs with my daughter who is now 8 with calorie counting

I had my baby on Feb 8th! I’m also breastfeeding. Add me! I’d love more support to get to my goal. I’ve got 40 lbs to lose. I’d love to lose quite a bit by a wedding in October but I lift too and I’m having a hard time finding a good calorie amount with eating healthy and not having it mess up my milk.

I started running at 186 and I have had my fair share of foot problems. Make sure you have the right shoes. I went to a running store to get new shoes. Before when I was calorie counting I would just walk as much as I could. I started all of my working out by 1 month of Jillian Michaels and walking/jogging with the…

What a difference 20 pounds has made also! I am an avid calorie counter and think it is the way to go but if are unhappy with loose skin as I was the only way to get rid of it is to work out! 60 lbs and i was still so unhappy. 20 more and I am now ecstatic!!

Anytips would be to stick with it no matter what. If you stop there will be no results so you might as well just keep going!!

I just started incorporating working out into my routine and found that I needed to up my calories to lose the weight. I was at a platuea and set at 2 lbs per week. Depending on how much you want to lose you need to set it accordingly. If you only have 30 or less you should set it to 1.5 to 1 lb a week. If you are working…

Thank You for these guidelines! I will go up tot 1 lb/ week but I cannot ensure that I will eat that much. I cut out a lot of bad out of my diet and snack twice a day place 3 small meals. It is hard to get a lot of calories in unless it is bad food. I will try to use these guidelines with my weightloss! 1 lb a week is ok…

I was set at 1 lb/week and stopped losing. I have been using Myfitnesspal since she was 2 months old and have lost 51 lbs so far.
