I want to get pregnant in one year. I have a lot of weight to lose to first. I want to know how much you were able to lose in a year, using only proper nutrition & exercise?

When I started to eat healthy it took about 6 months to lose 30 lbs without exercise. I've been maintaining since.

I have lost 50 in 9 months. That was nutrition and breast feeding. Now I am working out and eating healthier then ever and plan on losing 35 in about 4 months. Hopefully!

at the end of January it will be a year since I've been losing weight. As of right now, I have lost 70 pounds. Good luck to you...You can do anything you set your mind to...

I lost about 40lbs in a year, but that was with only logging for 3 months. Exercise was constant throughout, but after 3 months of logging I used "common sense" (ie. used what I'd learn logging to estimate daily needs).

I have lost 80 pounds in 9 months. My goal is 100 by Mid March which would be 1 year. I am getting at the point where it is slowing down and I really have to work hard, maintain, and push myself to do different things to lose the last bit. But I am doing it and it is awesome!

2lbs/week is considered the upper end of a healthy loss rate. However, 2lbs/week * 1 year = a lot!

I have lost 81# in 7months. That's eliminating Mt. Dew, counting calories and walking 30 minutes 3 days a week.
