I love her videos because they are shorter than other videos and much easier to get into my busy schedule. There are like 10 videos and I am doing 30DS now but wondered which one I should do next.
Theres:
Ripped in 30
Extreme Shed and Shred
Shred it
No more trouble zones
Yoga Meltdown
6 Week Six pack
Kickbox Fastfix
Killer buns and thighs
Banish fat boost metabolism
If I am missing any I apologize. These are the ones on her website. Now I want someone who has done these or some of them to tell me if I should be doing them in a certain order. Are some harder than others?
I want to get the most when I work out and the 30 Dayshred is amazing but I want to make sure I work everything I can and get the most of my workout not getting too used to what I am doing.
Thank You so much!!! I have 27 more pounds to lose and have found that I will not be able to do this with just counting calories alone since I still have the problematic loose skin from my baby.

All of them are good. I have almost all of them and really I can't even pick a favorite. They are all good and worth the buy. Yoga Meltdown is a little easier but still a challenge but I like to pair it with another of her workouts for an extra burn and stretch. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is mainly cardio but a super workout. I can't wait to try her new kickboxing one coming out soon! I say slowly get them all. You won't be disappointed.0

If you want another program like 30 DD you can do Ripped in 30 which I am doing now or 6 week 6 pack.
Some of her other ones are great for a couple days a week, but not every day.0 -
30 Day Shred is a great one to start with. 20 minutes, works your whole body, packs a punch. From there, I don't think there's any particular order you need to go in with her DVDs - depends on what you're looking for in a workout.
-Ripped in 30 is similar to 30DS in that it's 20 minutes and has the 3-2-1 format, but with 4 levels rather than 3.
-Banish Fat Boost Metabolism & No More Trouble Zones are both about 55 minutes, 8 circuits, and great workouts. BFBM is a lot of cardio and body weight training, NMTZ uses dumbbells (and still has cardio).
-6 Week Six-Pack is about 30 minutes that focuses on your core, but still has great cardio. Two great levels on this one.
- Killer Buns & Thighs is just that - works your legs & butt like nobody's business! I believe it's about 30 minutes & has 3 levels.
- Yoga Meltdown was my first experience with any sort of yoga. Lots of balance & strength, a little cardio, great stretching. This is my Saturday morning workout every weekend.
- Shred it With Weights is designed for kettlebells, but can be done with dumbbells. For some reason it's not one of my favorites and I haven't done it in over a year. There is controversy out there over her technique with kettlebells, but I didn't have any injury problems with her instrutction - it just wasn't my favorite.
-Kickbox Fastfix is next on my list of DVDs to get when it comes out in a few weeks!
Personally, I like to mix them up during the week - do one of the 55 min workouts on days when I have more time, then maybe 6W6P on alternate days, yoga on the weekend. (I also walk & do C25K running program on alternate days). The next week I'll do two different DVDs to mix things up and keep things fresh. I'm always sore somewhere!0 -
Thanks everyone! I think I am going to stick with the regular 30 days straight to one dvd for now and than once I master a couple and it is warmer outside (I live in NE Ohio) I will be able to run and be able to mix the videos in on different days. I think the Yoga on the weekend would be great because before I got the job I am at now I used to take a Yoga class at the YMCA every Saturday morning. Now I cannot do it anymore so I think I will def save that video for the weekends. Thanks again so much!0
