I'm sure I'm tracking right. I weigh and measure almost everything and log every meal and snack every day.

Thank you for your help, especially Kalikel for the link!

I don't have a kitchen scale. I just want an estimate from someone who has ones similar to these.
-
I tried google images and I couldn't seem to find it.

How does a red velvet cookie, iced with cream cheese frosting, and topped with crushed spearmint candy canes (green stripes) sound? That's what I've been thinking about doing.
-
Just an added note: from past experience, cupcakes and cookies seem to sell the best, so I'd like some I dead for those. Anything at all is welcome though!

I'm only asking because I usually don't drink a lot of water, so two bottles is a lot for me to drink in an hour when it's usually a bottle a day for me. I felt kind of sick. I know I'm being really stupid and paranoid, but I just wanted to make sure. Sorry if I bothered anyone.

I have sought therapy and I went to an appointment last week. I got worse and ate less than usual recently, but I'm bringing it back up to a normal amount, so that's why I may have dropped weight. However, I'm not sure if I've lost weight or stayed the same. Which weight should I go by? 102 or 107?
-
Yeah...you guys are right. I'll go outside and fight through it. If the storm gets too bad I'll finish up however I can inside. Thanks!

I'm eating about 1200 a day now.
-
If I'm reading it right, you probably won't gain. If you went over your food intake one day, it seriously isn't a big deal. Don't go over too often, though. I doubt you'll gain. Continue as normal.

Yes, 108. I'm 5'4. He said I'm borderline underweight. He strongly suspects I have an eating disorder (specifically EDNOS) and depression. He prescribed me an antidepressant and referred me to a therapist.

5'4 girl (I've never considered myself short. I now have a new thing to be self conscious on). SW:140ish CW:107 GW: absolutely no clue

I noticed people were asking I am trolling or not. I promise 100% that I am genuinely asking and seeking help from others on this site. For the spiker vs. hitter comment, I'm new to playing the sport competitively, and I'm not used to saying hitting instead of spiking. That's my fault. I've never heard of the person…

Someone pointed out to me that if it was off .4lbs on a 5lb bag, it would be off .4lbs for EVERY 5lbs of weight. That would mean if it told me 110 like it has recently, I would actually be 125. That's a big set back for me.
-
I've done that before. I think going under one time won't hurt you, like how going over one time won't. Just don't make it a habit.

I should have pointed out that my coaches are totally cool with me missing practice. I'm talking about as far as fitness goes.
-
@christinalong Yes, I would gladly take a few more inches on my chest.

I've never been morbidly obese, nor am I a professional, so don't take my comment as medical advice. Like you said, check with a doctor. I would recommend focusing mostly on diet. Eat at an appropriate deficit (not to low, unless under doctor supervision). Start with light excercise. Light weights and stretching sound…

I'd say it depends on how your losing it. Like someone else said, if it's a fad diet, stop it and do it healthily. I lost around 20lbs in 3 weeks on a low cal diet, and I regret and wish I was healthy from the beginning. It's probably water weight, unless your very overweight, in which case it will eventually slow down. If…

I got it to work! I guess I didn't put the battery in right. I weigh myself a lot, but I've been trying to do it less often. Recently, it's just been in the morning. I know weight fluctuates a lot during the day, or even on a day to day basis (I avoid weighing myself after eating a lot of sodium, because I know that could…

Around three times. Once in morning, when I get home, and before I go to bed. I weighed in yesterday at 110, but I made a post about my measurements (30-26-34) and someone who weighed 140 said they had the same. I want to used my 5-lb weights to see if it's accurate.
-
I'm just really, really full. I don't really want to eat those snacks, but I'm below my goal. I have no clue if I should ignore what my stomach tells me and eat it, or just forget about it and go to bed like I want to. You know how people ask if it's okay to eat over once in a while? Does the same go for eating under?

I weigh myself more than I measure, but measurements are more important. They give you a better idea about how much fat is on your body, and doesn't fluctuate as much as weight. I weigh anywhere between 107-112, but my waist is 26in. I've still got a lot of fat on me.

Thank you so much for replying. I think I will go see a doctor soon, to make sure it's not something too serious or life-threatening. I will also continue to up my calorie intake, it's just that I really feel I should take that slowly, instead of suddenly jumping up. I'm also really sorry if my post may have made some…

If not, coul you explain to me exactly why that is? When you sleep, you don't as many calories as you do awake, so wouldn't the calories you ate before be turned into fat. I know it probably sounds stupid and I'm not phrasing it right, but I'm just really curious about it.

Peaches and pears set in cherry flavore jello. I found these yesterday and I really love them.

My friend had a Russian Blue cat. The numbers mean nothing.
