Should I eat my remaining calories?

I've eaten 815 calories so far. I have at least 385 to go. The last thing I ate was a protein bar, and now I'm really full. I spent about an hour and a half practicing volleyball, so my net may be lower than 815. I have three snacks that will get me most of the way to my goal. Should I eat them?

Uh, yes?
Trying to understand your logic for posting this question as it doesn't seem well thought out.0 -
Yes.
That's not very many calories at all. I don't reeat the last 100, but I'm at 1400 calorie allowance. I don't eat te last 100 just in case my numbers are wrong0 -
I'm just really, really full. I don't really want to eat those snacks, but I'm below my goal. I have no clue if I should ignore what my stomach tells me and eat it, or just forget about it and go to bed like I want to.
You know how people ask if it's okay to eat over once in a while? Does the same go for eating under?0 -

Yes, just don't make it a habit. You're probably going to wake up incredibly hungry tomorrow.0 -
I think that if you don't make it a habit you will be fine. I've been known to eat under and it's no big deal. To my way of thinking, we need to listen to our bodies. If mine says I'm full, I'm not going to force myself to eat, as eating when I wasn't hungry is how I got myself this way.0

If it's not an everyday thing, it shouldn't be a problem, but yes, you should usually try to have at least 1200 cal (unless you're really short).
Maybe a piece of cheese & some crackers, a glass of orange juice?
A cup of yogurt with some oatmeal, maybe nuts?
A piece of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, glass of milk?
Something small & healthy, yet having higher calories.0 -
Oh, and ignore "net" calories.
Just aim for your regular calorie goal (10x your healthy goal weight).0
