When I was on my low carb diet from Jan to early May I had given up bread pasta starches sweets fried food.. all the good stuff. but now i'm on the low calorie diet now.. I still don't eat fried food. but it has definitely helped me lose my weight :) 37lbs down!

I've lost 37lbs and I am that way too. I don't have all that fat keeping me warm anymore lol. but don't worry.. your body will adjust.

I am in the same boat as u... minus the kids.. but i have that "pooch" too :\ but it is going away slowly! the exercises I recommend is situps.. or reverse sit ups (lay flat on ur back and lift ur legs up and down).. and make sure u give ur abs a break. do it every other day vs doing it every day. there are common foods…

If you like vodka then your good because it doesn't have sugar. and like everyone else said.. stay away from mixers. atleast the full flavor ones. get the light ones. and its ur birthday! I wouldn't worry about it. Party! :)

see thats the way i feel! i feel like if i eat them i will gain weight or somethin. lol. so exercise pretty much allows me to eat wat i want. and get more fit of course.
