actually if you take alcohol and tylenol you can damage your liver severely, those two drugs are contraindicated together. don't do it.

the reason for a hangover in the first place is the loss of electrolytes, since alcohol is a diuretic. you need to replenish them.

go to a pharmacy, get electrolyte supplements either in pills or drink(gatorade etc), most important that there is potassium, sodium chloride and calcium. drink it before you go to bed after the party and then when you wake up. also like .5L of water with it. drink gatorade next day, eat fatty food and rest :) i swear you…

detoxing and cleansing are a bunch of nonsense. it doesn't do anything and can harm especially if you do some colon cleanses. do your research first people before attempting such ignorant things.
