I was thinking it's pretty accurate because the calories burned not only have to do with the total minutes, but also your weight. So a person weighing 125 would not burn as many calories as a person weighing 200. I hope this helps (and is accurate HA)!

You can do it! I'm impressed with the 22lbs! When I started I weighted 202 and then lost 15lbs. Since then I gained all of it back so I'm at ground zero. I'm discouraged, but am going to keep plugging away. I hope you do the same. Take care!

Thanks for all the support. I'll try to figure out how to make my food diary public. I'll also make sure to drink more water. I can definitely change up my workouts-usually I do a strong (free weights 3lbs/5lbs) class on M/W, water aerobics on M, swim 500yards on T/TH/F. I also walk for 35 minutes at least 2 times a week.…

Worst thing about being fat....feeling like I'm setting a horrible example for my children. If I can't even be a healthy weight, how can I expect them to? Best thing about being thin......feeling oh so sexy!

I know from experience it can do damage. Make up the calories with exercise if you can.

I look at it as a lifestyle change. I am more aware of what I put into my mouth. I also am now into making sure tI am active as much as possible. I do think it is ok to make brownies and have a low fat ice cream (a true portion now that I know what that really is) with a piece for desert if I want to spoil my family and…

Healthy life has bread with only 35 calories a slice, so if you want a two slice sandwich, try it. I love that it cuts the calories.

I'm not much of a morning person either. I just try to get some form of exercise in every day, even if it's a 20 minute walk with my husband at the end of the day. Have a wonderful day and keep moving!

Stick with it, you can do it. Remember, it's a lifestyle change, not just a weight change. Keep up the good work and continue to let yourself enjoy the good stuff every now and then you don't feel like it is about what you can't eat, but about what you can eat. Have a wonderful day!
