Miserable lol. The scales have not moved in nearly two weeks.Even when I move the damn thing to different parts of the bathroom it still stays the same :) Hopefully next week I will have good news to share.Well done to everyone involved in this challenge xxx

Hi, Personally I am not ready yet for insanity.It depends on your fitness level.I have finished four weeks of hip hop abs and currently on day three of the 30 day shred and day one of rocking body.I love the two of them.I also work long hours so the gym is out. Hi, Its basically three levels and consists of cardio,strength training and ab work.You can buy the dvd on amazon and ebay.It is also on youtube for free.I only found about it last week.I am sure someone else can explain it in more detail but if you look at the reviews it looks great.
