yeah Hindi1985, you haven't been at it long enough. so just be patient, i definitely understand the inpatient feeling of it. also try strength training along with your routine of walking, confuse the body a little. it will happen. good luck!!!!

well, you're ready to move on then you could try fitness blender. u can go to fitnessblender.com or youtube. there are tons of workout videos on there, so much so u don't have to purchase any videos. it's a lot of different varieties. hope this helps.
