Wonder what method they use to ''ethically'' kill them?

Soya yogurts for me - either Tescos raspberry and passionfruit, mango or Alpros dark chocolate for a treat sometimes - but my OH likes Greek yogurt for the extra protein; he prefers Liberte, Danio or Fage.

Use olive oil sometimes in salad dressings but I prefer to cook (stir-fry etc) with rapeseed oil and log it all as it's around 40 calories a teaspoon.

Last night had sweet-and-sour stir fry with Napolina chick peas and brown basmati rice, tonight was a baked potato with loads of black pepper and some Vitalite spread, veggie sausage, broccoli, carrots, boiled red onion and tomato ketchup, then a couple of home-made cranberry scones.

Buy a really high cocoa content (80-90%) dark chocolate - e.g. the thin 100g bars with large squares - and have just one or two squares broken into smaller pieces. Gives a strong cocoa flavour from each piece that lasts longer in my mouth and seems more satisfying than higher-calorie chunks of low cocoa or white chocolate.
