Hey - so I love the EAS Lean 15. It's at Walmart, but you can get it online too. It's about $20 for a tub, but you can get $2-3 coupons online. It has 100 cals per serving with 15g protein. I think it's pretty good - they're all a little chalky to me, but when I blend it with milk and ice it's good.

Hi, yes I do my calorie counting this way. It's supposed to be a good way to shake up your metabolism. I do 1300 cals 3-4 days, then 1700, 1300 for 3-4 days, 1700, etc. Those calorie amounts are based on my weight and activity, so I'm not sure what your numbers would be exactly.
