  • 2 things...Oikos greek yogurt (plain with a little honey). Yummm. And Wheat thins garlic and parmesan flat bread.
  • While I am watching my TV shows I set a goal for each commercial. Maybe full sit-ups the whole length of the commercial or as many crunches as I can. Or remember the old Abs of Steel workout video tapes. Well, I have one and I do it! It only takes about 10 minutes and really works!
  • What is it with the naked thing? I tell my husband about it all the time...really uncomfortable. I hate when the gym is so crowded you have to wait for machines!! Then you feel like you are being watched and not doing it right.

  • I totally understand why you threw out your scale! I have heard (and read) though, that people who weigh themselves once a week generally weigh less than those who don't. I think it's just a form of self-regulation. I guess you do what works for you!
  • Do you eat yogurt? Oikos greek yogurt (plain) with a little honey and some rasberries (or fruit that you like) is wonderful! It has more protein than regular yogurt, tastes much better, and has less carbs. One of my favorite breakfasts!
  • Try eating more protein for lunch and combine protein and carbs (fruit, veg, starch) for your snack. Don't go more than 4 hours between eating. The protein will help fill you up. A snack that I love is grape tomatoes and a string cheese. Or hummus and crackers or veggies. Even an apple with almond or peanut butter. Good…
