I run outside on the weekends and on a treadmill during the week after work, life has a funny way of getting in the way of our plans for sure! But that's the nice thing about running if you have to take a break you can :)

Thank you everyone! Yes I invested in shoes from a new balance store, they watched me walk and jog and measured my feet..I agree best money I have ever spent!

Yeah I noticed this also, very disturbing for me as I am a recovered anorexic/bulimic. I am also going into counseling and this breaks my heart!
