I haven't, but only because I work with a nutritionist and am happy with my food plan. But if you need a guide, hers looks legit and delicious.

What I would ask you is about what YOU need. Some questions to consider: 1. I see that you have lost almost half your weight; are you feeling a plateau? 2. What messages will you give yourself while working with either one? (meaning, which would be more motivating)? 3. In your GUT, not your head, which one do you feel a…

Girlfriend, 16% bodyfat for a woman is terrific. I really agree with the responses here -- and believe me, I am NOT trying to just tell you something so that you are "fat like me"!!!! I know that's the way our minds think ... like, "Well, she is just saying that because ______." That is disordered thinking. There is a…

I totally feel you .... The entire story. It feels like, can't I just live a normal life without my weight getting completely out of hand? But the good news is, our bodies are not static ... And the scale can be a liar. Do not let your self-esteem and commitment to your vision be measured by a number.(I am telling myself…

I am vegan so I feel ya. I have to say that when I attempt more protein, through hemp protein smoothies (add kale, almond milk (unsweetened), and blueberries and some agave and it RAWKS) I do stay full longer. But I RARELY make the whole protein percentage. I am still losing weight, though; just follow the caloric intake…

I went to a running store, got fitted, and have been wearing the same exact brand & style ever since -- which I find online. But that first time -- fit is where it's at! I don't care how far or long (or short) you are planning on. This is your BODY, your back, and your feet!

is your monitor set for your pace, too? Because mine calibrates pace, whereas the elliptical is not as accurate ...

in my experience, weighing myself after I have been seriously off the wagon is NEVER a good idea ... I get too discouraged! I wait at least a month to six weeks, so that I am not overfocusing on numbers. This is where you are starting from -- there is not one of us on this site who hasn't gained weight when going through…

tell me the truth -- did your body really stop craving it? because I will suffer through if I believe there is some freedom down the line -- diabetes is in my family, too! and alcoholism, which is a sugar-based addiction as well. what did you do to not give in???
