Labor Day fitness/weight loss retreat: ideas?

My Lovely MFPers,

I NEED to get away next weekend, and want to do a fitness/weight loss/ mind clearing retreat. I live in Western PA. Any ideas?

    I'm running in the Dublin 1/2 Marathon...It's a little drive for ya but if your a runner you would enjoy it.
