Be sure to stay away from diet soda at lunch!! Fruit is a great alternative to something sweet, I usually do cinnamon applesauce. But if you do not give in to your craving with unhealthy sweets, they will eventually stop. Iknow how hard it is, my body puts me through it to! GOOD LUCK!! =)

One day a week off wouldn't be a bad idea. But remember you could be gaining muscle..and it weighs more than fat! IT WILL CATCH UP! Keep up the good work...I wish I had that much time to work out!! LOL

I do fajitas..small sirloins aren't too bad as far as calories..also shrimp or fish is a good choice as long as its not fried! I ONLY eat half of anything I get when I am out to eat..seperate it before you start!! Enjoy your vacation!! =)

They say not to be less than 1200...but the way I see it missing an extra 1 or 200 wont hurt once in a while.

I have found that I don't do anything that is strenuous on my knees until my weight is down. I have had problems with my knees and hips by doing to much too soon. I do feel as though I am not doing enough at times but it will come..I have to keep reminding myself of that. I will not even try to jog until i am under 200.…

I used it. It is a GREAT tool to teach you how to pick the right foods to eat. Until you learn you should know the bathroom WILL be your friend...NEVER assume you have gas either. ;) The plus side is you do lose MORE weight adding this to your diet and exercise program! I am about to start it again.
